Kristiann's street style first appeared on TorontoVerve just last month, but we couldn't resist photographing her again in her colourful Spring floral coat.

Candace: Spring Blossoms

It's what every street style bloggers' been waiting for: Spring!  And it couldn't come any sooner.

Let the colour begin!

"I like to mix up expensive and lower-end brands together.  I especially want to shock people when they see me -- I want them to ask 'what is she wearing'."

Christopher: Under the 'Style' Influence

"I like to experiment and have fun with my style.  I also think that men should take influences from females because they know how to dress.  There's nothing wrong with blurring the lines between men and women's fashions."

Wendy: Lisbeth Salander Chic

It wasn't long ago when we first captured Wendy's street style on Queen Street West.

"Today my style is easy -- I just threw on this second-hand t-shirt and old jeans and spiced it up with some jewellery."

Travis & Jennifer: A Day at the Ballet

Travis: "My style is old-fashioned and traditional."

Jennifer: "I love vintage fashion, which is often inspired by my travels."

Unbeknownst to me, I had previously shot Jennifer's street style in Kensington Market, which is further proof that this city is smaller than I think.

Also, after a brief conversation, I was impressed to learn that Travis is a director of [IN]cubes - an organization that INcubates maverick entrepreneurs seeking capital.  So if you're a web-based company and you're seeking a little mentorship to get off the ground, consider visiting [IN]cubes' website.

And to see her life in pictures, check out Jennifer's blog, Big Deal Dawson.

Onome: Harlem Renaissance

"I'm originally from New York so I like to mix in a lot of elements from the Harlem renaissance with a lot of modern day fashions.  I also like rustic boots.  My style is school boy mixed with a military feel."

Carol: European by Design

"My style is more on the European side.  My father is Italian and I lived in Italy for 2 years.  I also spent a lot of time in Paris.  French women often inspire my look."

Marco & Lorenza: Brother & Sister

Marco: "My style is retro -- a little bit 70's & '80s and very Italian."

Marco's little sister, Lorenza, was visiting from Italy and she just happens to have her own line of clothing and accessories called Keep the Change.

Claire: Mod Squad Cool

Claire's cool street style instantly reminded me of Mod Squad's Peggy Lipton in her vintage leather coat and flared brown jeans.

In Praise of Vintage Couture: Chanelle in 70's Christian Dior

Chanelle is wearing a Christian Dior Haute Couture piece [serial number on label] from autumn 1974. This one piece light camel colored wool dress has 3/4 length sleeves and pleated front skirt detail. Due to the intricacies of doing it up, the help of a lady maid would be required in its day.  French lace belt by Lawrence George Clark, earrings from Oscar de la Renta.

In Praise of Vintage Couture: Chanelle & Jacquelyn -- Orange Appeal

Chanelle (left) is wearing a vibrant orange silk caftan by Liberty of London.  This 1970's piece has a band collar, self-belt and drop shoulders. The gold frog closeurs and piping details are on the side seams, sleeves and slits.

Jacquelyn (right) is wearing a Tangerine silk opera coat with pockets circa 1960's [Private label]. Coat has yoke back with pleating detail and slight train. The raglan sleeves are dramatically reduced at the wrist giving contrast to the soft isometrical collar. The coat is lined in lemon yellow silk moire.  The patch work skirt in psychedelic hues and patterns of the 70's has gathered waist and self belt. The skirt is lined in off white silk moire.

Accessories by House of Humphrey.

In Praise of Vintage Couture: Ola -- 80's Trench Swing

It's hard not to think about the 80's slacker hit Say Anything when seeing Ola in this vintage coat created by Anne Klein. The camel-coloured wool swing has a trench coat styling with padded shoulders and raglan sleeves.
